Working Hours: 5 Days | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Drive Sales Growth in a Dynamic Freight Forwarding Environment
We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager with experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean) to join our team. If you have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your existing client database to expand business opportunities.
Identify and generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales on business development and commercial strategies.
Maintain accurate records and submit reports through CRM systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean).
Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Minimum Nitec qualification.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
