Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involve in the monthly closing of accounts and submissions of reports to HQ
• Provide supervision for Accounts Payable and oversee DSC Finance Activities
• Support General Manager in annual projection, operating budget, and cash projection
• Enforce good internal controls
• Review related Balance Sheet accounts and prepare audit schedules
• Assist and support internal and external audits, and update audit and risk reports for the Finance Department
• Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements
• Liaise with MOH, auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant qualifications
• Min 4 years’ experience in a similar managerial capacity (with supervisory experience)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in learning
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and SAP
• Able to work independently and proactively to resolve problems within established parameters
