2. Build Relationships: Develop friendly relationships with our guests, learn their needs, and provide personalised service whenever possible. Think local recommendations, insider tips, or simply a friendly chat – you'll be their ambassador to a great stay!
3. Stay Informed: Become an expert on local attractions around the hotel! You'll be a walking encyclopedia for guests, keeping them up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and events.
4. Have a contagious smile and a helpful disposition.

6. Must be able to lift heavy objects such as luggage.

Shift Working Hours:

1. Morning shift: 8.00am to 5.30pm
2. Afternoon shift: 12.30pm to 10.00pm
