Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
  • Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
  • Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and determine root causes; report breakdowns and faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance, or repair work assigned.
  • Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
  • Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.
  • Achieve effective, economic, and safe operations of all Electrical Services' equipment and systems by the team of technical officers and technicians.
  • Provide feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular inspections of existing Electrical installations to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience.
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
  • Possess a good safety mindset and display good WSH behavior.
