Claims Assistant (Healthcare, Insurance claims, Admin) #HVW
Responsibilities
- Approving and doing any claim adjustments
- Timely follow-up with healthcare providers and business partners for claims-related matters/documentation
- Ensuring claim settlement is concluded within the agreed turnaround time
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘N/O/A’ Levels / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
