Executive / Senior Executive (Finance)

An integral part of Singapore's "City in a Garden" vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapore's new downtown Marina Bay. We are looking for a junior to senior executive to support Payable functions in the Finance Department. You will attend to the following tasks:

• Process suppliers' invoices and staff reimbursement claims.
• Assist in month-end accruals
• Preparation of Payable Balance Sheet Schedules
• Creditors Statement Reconciliation
• Any other job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, LCCI, A-Level, O-Level
• Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• A team player with self-motivation
• On the job training will be provided
