HR Senior/Generalist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our organisation. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. This role requires a strong ability to manage HR tasks in a start-up environment while maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
   Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, to onboarding new hires. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
2. Employee Relations:
   Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance to both employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management:
   Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
4. HR Systems:
   Manage and update employee records in the HRIS system.
5. HR Projects & Initiatives:
   Assist in the implementation of HR programs and projects that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in HR preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Possess tenacity, resilience, and a positive mindset to embrace ambiguity and change.
