Salary:Up to $4,800 per month (subject to experience)
Job Description:
Provide IT support and manage incidents and requests relative to IT end users and infrastructure topics
Ensure end users devices, IT systems and networks are operating smoothly and react accordingly to remediate situation appropriately
Provide findings and support for any infrastructure issue in office and boutiques
Provide to our different locations in South East Asia regular on site and remote support for office and boutique users
Provide support to other Asia Region when required
Collaborate strongly with the regional IT team and global IT department in relation with operational topics, reporting and project tasks
Project participation
Participate in projects that require IT arrangement. For example: store opening, office renovation/relocation, infrastructure projects and events IT setup and support
Person of Contact
To be the main person of contact for all IT support in South East Asia; For the end users of South East Asia, the different partners and the IT colleagues from HQ
Actively monitor IT services to identify technological incidents and liaise with the Regional and Global IT team as well as the partners
Proper administration of users and devices
Manage IT budget, procurement and inventory
Maintain IT documentation
Maintain any IT contracts and terms and conditions for any services by IT vendors
Actively provide feedback for policies and procedures for IT processes
Update and maintain project documents for any projects involved
Provide ad-hoc IT support requested by Regional IT or Global IT department
Assessment and Improvement
Contribute to evaluate the current performance of IT services in the company and help to define and implement improvement
Requirements:
Min Diploma in relevant discipline
3 to 5 years of related experience in IT infrastructure support
