Senior IT Support Engineer - 1 Year contract extendable

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide technical support across infrastructure, applications, and networks, ensuring smooth operations for end-users. The role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and maintaining enterprise IT solutions.

Description

• Provide second-line technical support for end-users across desktop applications, telephony systems, mobile devices, AV systems, servers, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
• Perform basic administration of phone systems and enterprise applications, including SCCM and Active Directory.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines.

Profile

You are a successful candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT support experience with expertise in infrastructure, applications, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, Active Directory, SCCM, virtualization (VM), Cisco, and Fortinet.
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently under pressure.
