We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Services Manager to oversee corporate governance, compliance, and office management functions. This role requires effective coordination between the in-house legal team and external counsel, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
Your EDGE assignment/You will
- Develop and maintain organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the Company Secretary with corporate filings, statutory record-keeping, and governance matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal and compliance initiatives, including contract and disclosure document management.
- Oversee administrative processes, corporate record-keeping, and general insurance matters while maintaining compliance with statutory and cybersecurity requirements.
- Implement and manage business continuity strategies, crisis response plans, and risk management processes.
- Drive corporate social responsibility initiatives and ensure quality assurance across administrative and legal functions.
- Manage office facilities and infrastructure, leading projects such as refurbishments and new system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on lease, contract, and operational strategies to align with broader organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of operational excellence and professional growth.
Are you the one?- Strong experience in corporate services, governance, and legal coordination.
- Proven ability to manage relationships between in-house legal teams and external counsel.
- Background in office management, including facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with risk management, business continuity, and corporate social responsibility.
