Job Title: Service Crew
Industry: Food & Beverage / Catering / Restaurant
Salary: SGD 2,200 - 2,800
Location: Central, Singapore
Job Type: PERMANENT (FULL TIME)

Job Description:

  1. Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
  2. Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
  3. Perform opening and closing duties.
  4. Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
  5. Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
  6. Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
  8. Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations.
  9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Prior working experience in Japanese Restaurant is an added advantage.
  2. No experience is welcomed as well; Training will be provided.
  3. Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
  4. Able to work for split shift if necessary.
  5. Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Passionate in the line of F&B.
  8. Open to Singaporeans/Permanent Residences only.

Compensation:

  1. Working Location: Great World City, Central Region.
  2. Working days: 5 - 6 days per week.
  3. Working hours: Open for discussion.
  4. Operation time: 11am - 9:30pm.
