Summary:

The Chief Embryologist will oversee day-to-day lab activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards in laboratory procedures by implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
• Develop, review, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), industry regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy of gamete and embryo handling to maximize success rates in ART procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to the embryology team.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities, foster a supportive learning environment, and stay updated with advancements in embryology.
• Analyse lab data, prepare reports on lab performance, and use data to identify areas for improvement.

• Meet the MOH requirements for the Chief Embryologist post.
• Demonstrate proven leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and exceptional attention to detail.
