Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards in laboratory procedures by implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
Develop, review, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), industry regulations, and best practices.
Ensure the accuracy of gamete and embryo handling to maximize success rates in ART procedures.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to the embryology team.
Facilitate professional development opportunities, foster a supportive learning environment, and stay updated with advancements in embryology.
Analyse lab data, prepare reports on lab performance, and use data to identify areas for improvement.
