Senior Facilities Executive

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for the Site assigned to you.
• This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc.
• You will investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• In addition, you shall supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep of the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate.
• Experience in power shutdown is an added advantage.
