JOB SCOPE

Supporting the Appraisal and Performance Management team

• Extracting and compiling KPI for all relevant university employees
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of appraisal documentation in compliance with the University’s guidelines
• Coordinate and schedule appraisal meeting
• Assist in preparing appraisal-related materials to the relevant stakeholders
• Serve as a point of contact for queries related to the appraisal process, providing timely assistance to People Managers and staff
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations

General HR Support

• Provide admin and ops support for various HR initiatives
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in HR or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong administrative skills
• Proactive team player
