Senior Application Integration Manager

Application Integration Manager to manage end-to-end software development, integration and configuration projects and support.

Applying Moody's Connector, RCA Integration, Enterprise Data Analytics with Quantexa tool & AI, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Ariba Applications technical solutions to business processes, GenAI integration, maintaining applications and client-led configuration.

Consulting with business analysts and/or development team to develop technical solutions, developing design and functional specifications, performing pre-implementation training, and providing post-implementation support.

This role needs to provide 24/7 round-the-clock on-call support to manage the business in Banking, Financial Services or Public Sector projects.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and MBA/Postgraduate Degree in Business.

15+ years of experience in Application Integration project management, SAP HANA Cloud Project Management, and Moody's Analytics, Moody's Connector and SAP Ariba & Hana Applications maintenance, Moody’s RCO functions in Banking, Financial Services and Public Sector projects.

Must have multi-model database management system and SAP HANA Architecture, client-led configuration, SAP SuccessFactors applications, AMS to build and deploy intelligent data applications. Good knowledge of BI tools like QlikView or QlikSense and experience in Moody’s Fermat ALM and/or SAP RiskFoundation/RiskConfidence systems.

Must have experience in integration with AI applications such as MAGE Platform, Blockchain technology, Enterprise Data AI solutions and build applications that utilize generative AI, context-aware, and connect securely to vital business data.

Oversee the end-to-end Application Development system using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban and SAP HANA Cloud, SAP HANA Database Deployment.

This role requires working in a 24/7 rotational shift including night shifts and on-call support to manage the business and support Banking, Financial Services or Public Sector projects.

Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.

Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

This role requires managing the development of Proof-of-Concept solutions and providing technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
