Responsibilities- Assist with the daily operation and management of the firm's investment funds including but not limited to trades related matters, reconciliation, NAV review, brokers onboarding and account set up.
- Liaise with data platform for monthly/ad hoc update (KIID, PPM, Factsheet & Data)
- Assist in due diligence questionnaire & regulatory report testing
- Prepare and review client reports and performance updates
- Liaise with external service providers such as administrators, custodians and auditors
- Monitor & manage data on various platforms and website
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed
- Manage ad hoc projects whenever required
Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar funds management or investment operations role.
- Strong understanding of investment fund structures, accounting and unit pricing principles
- Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a small team. Must be organised and able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Basic Excel VBA skills preferred)
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
