Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of AI tools within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including validating feasibility in clinical settings.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to evaluate programs, identifying predictive factors and areas for improvement.
- Design and lead program evaluations, including cost-effectiveness analysis and study design.
- Conduct literature reviews to support evidence-based practices.
- Perform data analysis using tools such as Python, R, Tableau,AWS and other statistical software.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: A degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant field with a strong grasp of quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Python, R, Tableau, AWS and other statistical software.
- Familiar with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, Plotly.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.
