Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of AI tools within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including validating feasibility in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with clinical leads to evaluate programs, identifying predictive factors and areas for improvement.
• Design and lead program evaluations, including cost-effectiveness analysis and study design.
• Conduct literature reviews to support evidence-based practices.
• Perform data analysis using tools such as Python, R, Tableau,AWS and other statistical software.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: A degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant field with a strong grasp of quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Python, R, Tableau, AWS and other statistical software.
• Familiar with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, Plotly.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace innovation.
