Preference For Candidates Who Have Worked In CFO Office

Main Duties:

  1. Candidate will plan people engagement events/Town Hall Activities (Core Duty)
  2. Candidate will manage & run the Finance Academy (Plan Operations/Logistical matters, Curate Training Materials, Manage Trainers On The Ground) (Core Duty)
  3. Business Manager/PMO Function For CFO Office: PMO (Business Process Improvement, New Target Operating Model Set Up etc.) & Business Management (Assist CFO to prepare reports/gather data) (Secondary Duty)

Job Description: Organize and deliver the people development and engagement agenda such as planning and executing training programs, organizing conference/town hall/staff engagement events and activities, preparing and maintaining staff communications/newsletters/websites, preparing presentation materials, and handling ad-hoc activities under the Group CFO Office.

Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are driven and self-motivated with good stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. The candidates should also be team players with a passion for driving people development and staff engagement events/activities. More than 5 years of experience in banking/finance/audit is preferred.
