Preference For Candidates Who Have Worked In CFO Office
Main Duties:
Job Description: Organize and deliver the people development and engagement agenda such as planning and executing training programs, organizing conference/town hall/staff engagement events and activities, preparing and maintaining staff communications/newsletters/websites, preparing presentation materials, and handling ad-hoc activities under the Group CFO Office.
Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are driven and self-motivated with good stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. The candidates should also be team players with a passion for driving people development and staff engagement events/activities. More than 5 years of experience in banking/finance/audit is preferred.
