Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Sales Support roles and responsibilities:
Generate daily stock balances report from SAP system for TV/AV and distribute to respective KAMs and PMs.
Provide secretarial administrative support to Director’s, Korean Senior Business Manager’s and Product Manager’s on processing of entertainment expenses and claims.
Send emails to respective dealers every Monday for weekly SOH.
Update weekly stock balances into templates and forward for compilation before every Tuesday morning for afternoon RM meeting.
Update weekly customer SOH for TV/AV and upload into MCS system.
Assist TV PM to generate Trade Memos for TV Sell Out Support programs and work with Product Marketing Support on budget estimations for marketing funds (EO) for various marketing activities.
Collate and cut daily newspapers advertisements on Samsung CE products advertised by dealers.
Ensure CORES raised by Product Marketing team are generated correctly by the Finance team.
Ensure all marketing promotion programs by product marketing team are communicated to TV KAMs and customers.
Follow up on sales deduction conditions (CORES) matching sales allowances and price protection for customers.
Update sales deduction conditions, sales allowances, and price protection conditions to TV team periodically.
Monitor and update sales allowances and price protection to TV PMs to avoid other spending affecting P&L.
Generate daily stock balance reports for TV/AV for teams.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by TV sales and marketing teams.
Team Administration:
Manage TV division expense claims, corporate credit card limit amount, and raise approvals for cash payment from merchants with no credit card facilities.
Arrange courier services for local and international deliveries and collections.
Assist TV PM to generate Trade Memos for TV Sell Out Support programs.
Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by KAMs such as documentation filings and sending Purchase Orders to Order Desk for processing.
Liaise and coordinate with Redemption centre on marketing promotional free gifts (e.g., Soundbars or Vouchers).
Arrange and coordinate meeting rooms.
Arrange courier services for local and international deliveries/collections of documents and products.
