Manager / Enforcement and Investigation (Contract)

[What the role is]
You will support the Deputy Director of Enforcement and Investigation (Parks) to develop, deliver, and manage technological solutions that strengthen enforcement operations in parks, as governed by the Parks and Trees Act (PTA).

[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the Enforcement & Investigation Branch responsible for the following duties:

1. Oversee the evaluation, acquisition, and deployment of technological solutions across parks.
2. Implement technology projects from conception to completion.
3. Establish operational frameworks and standard operating procedures.
4. Manage day-to-day operations and administrative requirements of technological systems.
5. Develop and track key performance indicators for technology initiatives.
6. Conduct regular assessments of technology effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system improvements.

[What we are looking for]

1. Relevant working experience in enforcement would be advantageous.
2. Relevant knowledge in government procurement processes including tender and contract management.
3. Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Able to multi-task in performing a diverse range of duties and work with all levels of management.
5. Able to work independently and deliver results effectively in a fast-paced environment.
