Job Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for coordinating shipments
• Coordinate with internal functional groups to ensure 100% fulfillment and timeliness (OTD) of daily commits
• Liaise with freight forwarder on flight booking and pickup / collection
• Ensure timely and error free printout of shipping documents (packing list, delivery note, invoices, etc.)
• Daily alerts through email to goods receiving party and internal groups on shipment information
• Data entry / filing and other administrative duties
• Support monthly cycle count and yearly inventory audit
• Assist with inventory checks for ZIP lock bags and production stationery
• Support ESD garment collection, washing and sorting after return
• Assist in raising purchase orders for stationery and production items for Chai Chee manufacturing team.
• Provide ad hoc support for removing skeletons from wafer rings.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and SAP
• Good communication skills and able to converse in both English and Mandarin
• Able to support urgent shipment during out-of-office hours inclusive weekends
