Establish, review and perform regular update of PM/CM procedures/checklists, Risks Assessments and Troubleshooting guidelines.
Plan & undertake scheduled maintenance.
Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment.
Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput.
Enforce equipment maintenance controls and execution to conform to work instructions and procedures. Apply hands-on and with deep involvement at work.
Liaise with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low-cost maintenance system.
Formulate with process engineering team on all equipment control procedures.
Execute the equipment move-in, installation, set up and buy-off, meeting set timelines.
Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Drive the team of Technicians to participate in all continuous improvement projects related to OEE, MTBC, MTTR, PM success rate improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
Drive/contribute to Safety, quality and productivity project and maintain good 6S
Drive/contribute to cost reduction, weed out unwarranted expenses/wastages and improve equipment performance
Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma orBachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Material / Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of Process or Equipment Engineering.
Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and PM, engineering methods for equipment controls and OEE improvement.
Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and parts repair. MS Office literate.
SPC/FMEA/8D/Risk Assessment knowledge.
Strong project management skills.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skill.
Must be able to work on 8 hours Normal or swing shift (5 days week : either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
