Job Description

  1. Foster good relationships with customers to drive sustained success.
  2. Support customer’s business and technical inquiries.
  3. Enhance company’s products/service and technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  4. Negotiate with customers to secure favorable pricing based on Company’s policy.
  5. Provide smooth service by liaising with internal stakeholders.
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Management.
  7. Provide market feedback to the Management about market demand and customer’s requirements.
  8. Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field of study.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the electronic component industry.
  3. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills to handle matters in a timely manner.
  4. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in Japanese language will be a plus to communicate smoothly with Japanese stakeholders.
  8. Willingness to travel.
