- Foster good relationships with customers to drive sustained success.
- Support customer’s business and technical inquiries.
- Enhance company’s products/service and technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Negotiate with customers to secure favorable pricing based on Company’s policy.
- Provide smooth service by liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Management.
- Provide market feedback to the Management about market demand and customer’s requirements.
- Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the electronic component industry.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills to handle matters in a timely manner.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Japanese language will be a plus to communicate smoothly with Japanese stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
