Job Responsibilities

• Assist Vendor Manager in timely planning, preparation, execution, and management of tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX and CAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
• Manage project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (Price Comparison), selection, management approval paper, and contract preparation are performed effectively.
• Prepare tender documentation and administration.
• Perform cost benchmarking, life cycle costing, and/or total cost of ownership computation.
• Responsible for contract documentation and administration (including obtaining Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees, and any other forms of insurances).
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Liaise with service users to resolve any commercial, change orders, cost variation, and contract issues.
• Assist Vendor Manager in the end-to-end procurement process.

Skills for Success

• Nitec/Diploma holder.
• Tender document preparation and execution.
• Request for Quotation and quotation analysis.
• Technical knowledge and experience in procurement or Quantity Surveying duties.
• Contracting and contract management.
• Cost Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Able to work independently, proactively, and is self-motivated.
