Responsibilities:
Manage budget, recommend policies & drive programs to ensure current/future requirements are met.
Ensure staff are recruited/evaluated/trained/rewarded according to company strategy.
Implement programs including recruitment, training and development, remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/affirmative action, health, safety and employee wellness, payroll, employee communications and employment/industrial/labour relations.
Liaise with area managers to develop strategies for their business needs, and evaluate future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the programs.
Lead a team of HR staff to ensure strategy is implemented and within established budgets.
Manage strategic and policy development aspects to optimize organization performance.
Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control and reporting activities.
Manage activities related to the process of payroll, ensuring payment of employees according to parameters.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 7 years of related experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
