Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Description:

Principal Role:

A Finance Manager is the lead finance business partner for the organization. The Finance Manager is responsible for financial management, performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager is expected to have the technical and management skills to lead a team of finance professionals in their daily work. This role includes providing sound financial advice to the CFO and implementing best practices to better manage all financial and business risks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of finance professionals in their daily work.
2. Manage month-end closing activities and prepare financial reporting to headquarters within the 5th working day.
3. Analyze, compile, and present management/HQ with meaningful analysis for managerial decision-making.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's financial system/internal control system and determine any areas of improvement.
5. Preparation of planning and forecast.
6. Plan and coordinate the annual audit and tax return.

Requirements:

1. ACCA/Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required.
2. Minimum 3 years prior supervisory experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting to foreign headquarters.
3. Minimum 3 years auditing experience with one of the Big-4 audit firms.
4. Commercial and business acumen.
5. Business partnering with all stakeholders, offering insights and financial advice to management that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
6. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
