MasterCard Follow-Up Officer (12 Months Contract)

To engage existing customers and encourage them to switch from existing to MasterCard – no hard selling, just simple follow-ups.

Job Scope:

Introduce & explain MasterCard benefits to existing customers.
Follow up to ensure applications and documents are completed smoothly.
Engage customers via phone or face-to-face interactions.
Meet basic performance targets in a structured environment.

Requirements:

• Min. N-levels holder, no experience welcomed
• Confident communicators who enjoy customer interactions.
• A team player and ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Computer literate, proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Singaporeans only.
