[East/Central] Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) | Up to $4k | Full Time Job

We are hiring for our client: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Boon Keng / Aljunied area

830am to 6pm Mon to Fri

$3,000 to $4,000 depending on experience

Duties:

1. Handle end-to-end Account Payable tasks including invoice verification, petty cash and staff claims.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations.
3. Process payment across various payment modes.
4. Prepare AP reporting activities including intercompany, bank and vendor reconciliations and Balance Sheet schedules.
5. Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassifications.
6. Oversee GST reporting and Fixed Assets management.
7. Support AP transformation projects and process improvements.
8. Assist in quarterly internal and external audits.
9. Improve payment processes and enhance system efficiency.
