EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR (ACEY EY2 Trained) for Childcare in Serangoon North

Location: Serangoon North

Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 5.25 days a week

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety of children at all times
2. Engage children in activities that enhance their learning experience
3. Observe, assess, and document children's performance, behaviour, social development, and physical health
4. Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities aligned with relevant curricula frameworks
5. Apply effective classroom management strategies
6. Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance the Centre’s programs and services
7. Conduct outreach activities to promote the Centre’s programs and services
8. Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance with standards and procedures
9. Participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum ACEY / EY2 for Main Teacher role.
2. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and peers
