1. Ensure readiness of premises by checking, inspecting, monitoring and following through the set up / reinstatement process with internal stakeholders to ensure satisfactory completion including furnishing, provision, keys etc.
2. Supervise works carried out by contractors at the rooms.
3. Collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Department to timely respond to and resolve user requests, feedback, and complaints received via all input avenues, e.g., online service platforms, over-the-counter enquiries, emails, phone calls, etc.
4. Inspect areas/premises and interact with customers to identify areas for improvement.
5. Certify that works are completed in a satisfactory manner.
6. Execute periodic stock-take and disposal of managed inventory and assets.
7. Ensure a safe, secure, and conducive environment across managed spaces:
a. Attend/schedule regular walkarounds of managed premises.
b. Provide advisory to users during sighting of breaches of rules and regulations.
c. Escalate recalcitrant cases for enforcement action.
8. Maintain accurate and timely records (e.g., maintenance issues, fault reporting) for submission of reports, etc.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the People Manager.
