Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role would include:

• Design and spearhead the procurement strategy within the division as a Subject-Matter-Expert, in alignment to the company's growth and supply requirements
• Design and execute policies and procedures across the operation of procurement activities
• Accountable for the Review, development and implementation of new / existing supplier strategy by means of ensuring proper monitoring of market movements to support the various Product Line
• Lead supplier reliability, supplier performance reviews and contract negotiations
• Influence interface partners to ensure strategic cost savings with suppliers to ensure optimal company profits.
• Ensure efficient work partnership with cross-functional teams etc to mitigate any cost / supplier quality and/or supply assurance issues

Candidate Profile

• Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
• Approx. 5 years of Global Procurement / Sourcing experience preferably in Industrial MRO fields.
• Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, influencing, negotiation & analytical skills to drive process improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity and optimizing teamwork and synergy in the organization
• International Trade Compliance and Regulations exposure will be advantageous
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
