Finance Controller

About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Controller to join our dynamic team at Deliverychinatown Pte. Ltd. in the Marymount Central Region. As a full-time Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in government grant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the strategic growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full sets of accounts, closing of monthly/year-end financial reporting on a timely basis
• Advise management on funding strategies to maximize opportunities.
• Research and identify relevant government grants in Singapore.
• Prepare & support the compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing (GST)
• Coordinate with external parties such as banks, company secretary, local tax and government authorities
• Monthly salary computation and CPF submission, Government claim & etc
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CIMA is a plus
• Must have Singapore GST experience
• Proven experience in a similar finance controller or senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong ethics and integrity in handling financial matters
• Adaptable to changing business environments and able to work under pressure
