Location: Changi Airport | Reports to: Retail Manager

Role Overview:
The Airport Manager will oversee Counter Managers (CMs) and Beauty Consultants (BCs) in Changi Airport. The role is 80% on-site and 20% office-based, focused on driving sales and maintaining the brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Brand Image: Drive team to meet sales targets, manage promotions, and maintain brand standards.
• Team Management: Lead CMs and BCs, ensuring adherence to corporate strategy, training, and performance evaluations.
• Counter & Product Management: Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and product allocation. Ensure counters are aligned with brand image.
• Promotion Coordination: Manage promotions, stock allocation, and staff training. Collect sales and customer feedback.
• Competitor & Retailer Management: Monitor competitor activities and maintain strong retailer relationships. Handle administrative tasks like roster planning and sales reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years in prestige beauty sales, including 3+ years in counter management.
• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
