Associate Director of Recruitment

Adecco is partnering with a renowned Research & Development institute to enhance the Science and Engineering sector in Singapore. They are seeking a seasoned leader in talent acquisition to oversee a team of TAs.

The Opportunity:

• Singaporeans ONLY
• Min 8-10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.

The Job:

• Lead the team on the end-to-end recruitment process, working with a healthy pipeline and across various hiring avenues.
• Oversight and proactive review of the recruitment activities and processes.
• Increase and improve recruitment process and experience.
• Create and manage surveys using various platforms and systems.

The Talent:

• Min 8-10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Managerial experience.
