Job description

Roles & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead & manage the overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting & execution process for interior design fit out works in commercial and interior.
  2. Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works.
  3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure overall progress and timely handover.
  4. Attend meetings with clients, tender meetings, and relevant authorities.
  5. Familiarize and comply with the documents regarding the preparation & submission and subsequent obtain approval of shop drawings as well as compilation & submission upon project completion.
  6. Manage project documentation, including specifications, manuals, & correspondence.
  7. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  8. Perform all other duties to ensure smooth functioning and timely handover.
  9. Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
  10. Any ad hoc jobs assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Project Management experience required.
  2. Able to understand and identify specialist drawings/architectural/MEP/Structural/M&E/ACMV termination details.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
  4. Familiar with relevant interior fit out regulations.
  5. Able to work independently, with initiative, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the interior fit out sector in commercial and residential.
  7. Driving is essential.
