PRIVATE EQUITY | DEEP TECH EMERGING TECHNOLOGY | INVESTMENT ASSOC/MANAGER

Our Client is a well-respected Private Equity investment company with an established AUM managed directly out of Singapore. It invests globally in key and growing sectors/industries, typically coming in at the series C and above stage. There are fresh mandates to cover, with 2 positions to hire:

1. Investment Associate/Manager Emerging Technology (primarily focused on Semiconductor related investments)
2. Investment Associate/Manager Emerging Technology (coverage includes foodtech, mobility, connectivity, next-generation hardware, quantum computing, robotics, etc).

The Investment Assoc/Manager will work closely with and under the guidance of more senior members of the investment team to originate investment opportunities, assess commercial viability, conduct due diligence, structure investments and negotiate investment terms. The team will also guide portfolio companies to grow in value to achieve higher ROI. This will include advising them on strategy implementation, management selection, and other commercial aspects of the business. Some traveling can be expected.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Semiconductor IC Design or Engineering relevant to Emerging Technologies.
• 4+ years of relevant investment experience or
• 8+ years of research or industry experience in deep tech relevant to the investment team's focus.
• This opportunity is only applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
