My client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a one-year contract. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy for a retirement solution.
Responsibilities:
Create a compelling product narrative and an end-to-end marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and share-of-wallet growth
Define and refine target audience segments using demographic, psychographic, and financial goal-based data
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, email, social media, content marketing, and strategic partnerships
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including acquisition costs, engagement, and conversion rates
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign ROI and effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in product marketing within financial services, fintech, or retirement planning
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
