We are looking for an engaged, motivated Retail Fresh Alchemist to support our fast-growing Singapore business.

Job Description

1. Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
2. Ability to story tell, share product knowledge and rituals to guests
3. Demonstrate proper usage of skincare products to guests
4. To be guest centric whenever engaging with guests
5. Assist guests on their needs
6. Ability to recruit and build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationships
7. Managed boutique clienteling
8. Ensure smooth flow on day to day operation
9. Meet and follow boutique SOP standard
10. Able to work in groups and follow up with instruction shared by team/counter lead
11. Adaptable to environment change whenever required
12. Seek passionate individuals dedicated to providing service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

1. Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education
2. Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is a plus
3. With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
4. Sales driven and proactive
5. Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition
6. Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
7. Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
8. Fluent in both English and Mandarin communication skills
9. Present looking and well groomed
10. People-oriented and team player with a positive mindset
11. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
12. Well-organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
