RadLink Imaging is seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with external stakeholders, including hospitals and other healthcare providers, to schedule patient appointments, coordinate logistics, and ensure the seamless and smooth journey of patients at our center for their imaging scans. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Operations and Projects, and will be responsible for preparing regular reports, managing timelines, and providing comprehensive support for various project activities.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and external partners to manage patient appointments and ensure timely coordination.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to gather necessary information, resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues, and ensure the timely processing of patient appointments.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, prioritizing patient care.
Patient Journey Coordination:
Ensure that patients experience a smooth and hassle-free journey from appointment scheduling to the completion of their imaging scans.
Coordinate logistics to ensure that patients are informed, prepared, and supported at every stage of their journey.
Address any patient concerns, provide clear instructions, and ensure a positive experience at the center.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate with external hospitals and internal departments to schedule patient appointments for imaging services.
Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, taking into consideration patient needs, availability, and priority.
Handle last-minute changes or cancellations and communicate them promptly to all relevant parties to minimize disruptions to patient care.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain regular reports on project status, including appointment schedules, patient flow, and any delays or challenges.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project-related activities.
Assist in compiling data for performance reviews, audits, and project assessments.
Project Coordination:
Track project timelines and ensure that all deliverables are met within the required deadlines.
Coordinate various aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of developments and any changes.
Support other team members in project execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks as needed to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with external stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
