Strong educational background in Data Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in IT, software development, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of IT development processes, solutions, and technologies.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular online and offline contact with all past and present clients.
Manage Client Executives based on size, industry, and territory focus to ensure optimum workflow within the team and with Co-Teams.
Ensure all Client Executives are delivering successful engagements and optimize the team accordingly.
Represent Devdat.ai at industry events, seminars, and online classes to stay well-informed of the latest trends and developments to provide Clients/Juniors with insights.
Remain in good standing to develop a network of potential new clients, maintain relationships with clients who have moved on, and keep a view on up-and-coming talent or potential threats within your team and the company overall.
Understand client needs and provide effective solutions by collaborating with internal teams (development, technical, and business teams).
Keep up to date with industry trends and the latest IT solutions to better serve clients.
