Reporting to the Executive Vice President of APAC, the role will drive growth of the business unit in APAC, focusing on consultative sales, digital learning solutions, and client-led innovation. The position combines strategic business development, project scoping, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on relationship building, sales delivery, and solution-oriented thinking.

Description

  1. Drive sales and revenue growth - drive new business and meet individual sales targets across the APAC region
  2. Client consultation and relationship management - build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
  3. Project scoping and solution design - scope and design custom digital learning solutions tailored to client needs
  4. Cross-functional collaboration - collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  5. Content and proposal development - prepare client proposals, presentations, and strategic solution documents
  6. Project oversight and quality assurance - oversee project execution and sign off on product deliverables
  7. Strategic input and innovation - contribute to innovation by identifying market gaps and new solution ideas
  8. Thought partnership - act as a strategic advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  1. Proven B2B sales professional with experience in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally within digital learning, professional services, or a related industry
  2. Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals
  3. Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
  4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  5. A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about innovation and continuous learning
  6. Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
