Nightclub Security Manager

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency
2. Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job
3. Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force
4. Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards
5. Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively
6. Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators
7. Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements
8. Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible
