Sales Executive (Logistics/Central)

• Salary Range: Up to S$2,800 + allowance + AWS + Bonus + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments and meeting new customers to identify potential trade routes and offer Company domestic and international freight services.
• Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on a daily basis.
• Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Providing professional demonstrations or presentations of Company domestic and international freight services while onsite.
• Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date freight pricing and the latest trade route launches.
• Providing quotations to customers as needed and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
• Updating and maintaining the customer master file, including contact names and numbers in the company common drive accurately.
• Preparing sales pipeline reports and maintaining accurate expense accounts through weekly sales meeting reports to the managing director.
• Aggressively following up on business opportunities.
• Coordinating with the operation and documentation team to ensure the safety of cargo movement and accuracy of billing to meet customer satisfaction.
• Following up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Controller.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/other discipline.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in this position.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player, with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Need to communicate in Mandarin (to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients).
