Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the full range of HR functions and services, with a focus on talent acquisition, business partnership, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for potential candidates, ensuring alignment with operational and service requirements.
  3. Supervise the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  4. Handle offboarding procedures, analyze workforce trends, and collaborate with leadership on retention strategies.
  5. Respond to daily HR inquiries from employees and management, offering expert guidance on policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  6. Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair evaluations, promotions, salary benchmarking, and career development for medical professionals.
  7. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and recruitment events.
  8. Compile and submit manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field of studies.
  2. Healthcare experience will be advantageous.
