Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Plan and organize recruitment fairs to attract top talent and enhance employer visibility.
Assist in organizing and facilitating employee orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement events.
Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Design EDMs and other digital marketing materials to promote HR activities and initiatives.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and employee stories, for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize employer branding efforts.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong creative sense in designing EDMs and other digital marketing materials.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work on weekends (when required) to support HR initiatives.
