Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

Adecco is collaborating with an international bank that offers a comprehensive range of services, including trade financing, corporate banking, and private banking. It serves as a regional hub, integrating trade finance and cash flow services to assist clients in expanding their business presence in the ASEAN market.

About the Job:

• Assist in managing client relationships and handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient transaction processing and client service.
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services to help RMs deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Handle account openings, transactions, and investment orders accurately and promptly.
• Address client inquiries professionally and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Perform client due diligence, maintain accurate records, assist with portfolio reviews, and provide market insights to enhance client portfolios.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients across the ASEAN region.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
