We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager! The role is based in Singapore!

Position Statement

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in the corporate market. The BDM will focus on all-size opportunities which can have various complexity levels in their relocation and mobility needs. The BDM will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with General Manager to develop strategies and sales objectives to market World Mobility Services to multinational or national organizations.
  2. Generate new leads through cold calling and networking techniques identifying key decision makers in potential client businesses.
  3. Develop proficiency in Crown World Mobility services and Crown brands to facilitate multi-service, cross brand opportunities.
  4. Partner with General Manager to develop consultative strategy to create client focused solutions.
  5. Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame.
  6. Utilize and maintain accurate records in CRM database.
  7. Understand market drivers and anticipate trends.
  8. Attend annual sales conferences / training seminars and networking functions.

Aptitude, Knowledge and Qualifications

  1. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
  3. Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

2-5 years of business development experience and/or “hunter”-type account management (same or similar industry experience preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
