Payroll processing is not required for this role.
Verify and administer timekeeping data.
Assist and resolve payroll related queries and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Administer employee’s claims.
Plan and organise employee engagements and events in alignment with the Company's culture and values.
Any other assignments given by Superior.
Job Requirement
Location: Bukit Merah
Working days: Mon - Fri
Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience
Candidates with no related experience are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in payroll and labour regulation such as Employment Act
Proficient in AMS and Excel will be an added advantage
Conscientious with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in every detail
Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
