Job Description

  • Payroll processing is not required for this role.
  • Verify and administer timekeeping data.
  • Assist and resolve payroll related queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Administer employee’s claims.
  • Plan and organise employee engagements and events in alignment with the Company's culture and values.
  • Any other assignments given by Superior.

Job Requirement

  • Location: Bukit Merah
  • Working days: Mon - Fri
  • Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience
  • Candidates with no related experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in payroll and labour regulation such as Employment Act
  • Proficient in AMS and Excel will be an added advantage
  • Conscientious with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in every detail
  • Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
