Management Trainee X 2 (Entry Position) - Up to $3500/ Central

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all training programs and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
2. Learn the company's policies, procedures, and business operations through training and hands-on experience.
3. Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gain experience in various aspects of the business.
4. Assist senior management in the implementation, execution, evaluation, and monitoring of company policies and procedures.
5. Assist senior management in various tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and marketing.
6. Perform market research, analyze data, and prepare reports on business trends and opportunities to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
7. Attend meetings and presentations to gain exposure to different aspects of the business and contribute to discussions on business strategies and operations.
8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, and ethical conduct.
10. Meet performance goals and complete required training modules.
11. Develop skills in leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
12. Prepare for a future role as a manager or executive within the company.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Degree in Business Management/Administration or in Fine Arts or equivalent.
2. Those without work experience but are willing to start their career in the field of Arts Logistics are welcome to apply.
3. Must be willing to be trained in the different departments periodically to gain experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Must have the aspiration to grow with the company to reach management level.
6. Possess good presentation skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
