Facilities Technician 3 Months - 1 Year Contract @ Novena **Up to $3.5k OFFICE HOURS

3 Months extendable to 1 Year Contract - 1 Month bonus upon completion of 1 Year Contract

Job Description:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning faults and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.
• Repair water pipe bursts, mechanical work, medical gases system, and other related facilities equipment.
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.

Requirements:

• Min ITE Diploma
